Furthermore, we do not engage in tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed toward individuals under the age of 18. 

Processing of Personal Data of a Person with Disability  

Apcotex ensures that the verifiable consent of the lawful guardian is obtained for the processing of personal data of a person with disability. If you are a lawful guardian of a person with disability, you can contact us for any query related Personal Data of the Person with disability.  

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Data Principals hold specific legal rights under the DPDPA framework: 

Data Principals have certain rights with respect to their personal data. The rights given with respect to your personal data include: 

1. The Right of Access: You have the right to access personal data and supplementary 

information. You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, along with a summary 

of personal data being processed and descriptions of all Data Processors involved. 

2. The Right to Correction & Erasure: You can ask us to change, update, complete, or fix your data in certain cases, particularly if it’s inaccurate, or ask us to erase/delete your 

personal data once the specific purpose for collection is fulfilled, unless legal obligations 

require retention.

any act or omission of the Data Fiduciary. In accordance with the DPDPA framework, you 

must exhaust our internal grievance redressal mechanisms before escalating a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI). 

4. The Right to Nomination: The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, provides data 

principals with a right to nominate a person on their behalf to exercise their rights and to 

ensure the safeguarding of personal data in the event of the data principal’s death or

Processing of Personal Data on the basis of Consent  

When we process the Personal Data on the basis of ‘Consent’ we ensure that we have informed you about the type of data personal data being collected and purpose of such data collection.
