• Preventive / Predictive Maintenance – To Jointly analyze problems & defects of past year, prepare & implement preventive maintenance schedule, update m/c parameter checklist, allocate & supervise work, prepare material requisition & resolve work permit & handover to production after maintenance. IN ORDER to identify & resolve potential problems in m/cs. 
• Break down Maintenance – Receive intimation/breakdown memo, understand, analyze & attend to break downs, take corrective action, decide on team, allocate work & instruct on actions, conduct trial & handover to production IN ORDER TO ensure quickly start the machine & reduce machine down time.
• Spares & Consumables – Review & update spares ROL/ROQ, identify need of spares, prepare requisition, seek approval of supervisor; Check the spares received and certify quality; IN ORDER TO ensure availability of spares & no stoppage of m/c.

• Setting up procedure for maintenance/operation DCS
  
• Perform configuration changes
• Design and improve control configuration
• Perform optimization and tuning, Alarm management

    - designing and developing new control systems

    - testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems

    - analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports

    - managing operations

    - working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, and other internal staff

    - project management within cost and time-constrained environments

    - understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards

    - providing advice and consultancy support

    - writing computer software and test procedures

Distributed control system/ Automation, emergency shutdown system, fire & gas system, Power management system, operator training simulator, maintenance operating simulator, machine monitoring system. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 and TPM, Knowledge of Factory acts related to environment and safety is desired.

1)    Assist executive in engineering procurement

2)    Based on PR received, prioritize & float enquiries.

3)    Follow up & receive quotes & make comparison.

4)    After clearance from Executive / line manager, raise PO in SAP & send signed copy to supplier.

5)    Follow up for timely deliveries with supplier.

6)    Coordinate with Plant / Engineering & Maintenance / stores for confirming delivery of materials, Keeping track of pending orders status.

7)    Inventory management of Engineering items.

8)    Document management of all purchase related documents.

9)    Assisting line manager in Vendor visits & vendor audit / Rating.

10)  Coordinate with Logistics for timely deliveries.

11)  Execute activities as per defined quality systems within the guidelines of company with the objective of ensuring availability of materials to the plant.

12)  Experience in Engineering procurement is must.
